How long do the sessions last? +
Each session lasts 50 minutes.
How much does a session cost? +
Initial assessment: €120
Ongoing sessions: €100
How does payment work? +
A deposit is required to secure your first appointment. Details will be provided when you book.
Are the sessions covered by a Medical Card? +
No. Our service is not covered by the Medical Card.
I'm not sure if therapy is the right fit for me. What should I do? +
Starting therapy can feel daunting, and it's completely normal to feel unsure. Your first appointment is an opportunity to discuss your concerns, ask questions, and explore whether psychological therapy is the right fit for you.
What happens in the first session? +
We begin with an initial consultation, a gentle, confidential space to discuss what brings you to therapy and outline a supportive path forward at your own pace.
Do I need a GP referral? +
No GP referral is required to book an appointment. You can reach out and book your sessions directly.
How many sessions will I need? +
There is no minimum commitment. Your Psychologist will discuss your goals and recommend a suitable number of sessions based on your individual needs. Together, you can decide what works best for you.
Are sessions online or face-to-face? +
We offer online sessions and face-to-face appointments will be available from November. Depending on your preference and what best suits your schedule, the sessions will be tailored to fit into your life.
What is your cancellation policy? +
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
